Tiny Treasures nanny agency is here to help families find a nanny New York City, Westchester, Long Island including the Hamptons, New Jersey and Connecticut. We specialize in a very detailed in-home childcare placement. Whether you need a baby nurse (infant/newborn care specialist) for the first couple of weeks of your newborns life, or a full-time nanny that will partner up with your family. While we are here to help new parents and veterans-parents with their child care needs; we also help staff household managers, personal assistants, private chefs and other household domestic employees. Short-term or long-term, full-time or part-time, date-night or backup care. We are here to match families with developmentally focused childcare providers.

REGISTRATION FEE

When it comes to prices, no one likes surprises or hidden costs, which is why we make our fees as transparent as possible. We charge a registration fee to begin your search and when you're ready to choose a caregiver, you are charged a one-time referral fee. This covers the cost of screening your candidates and the time required to carefully match the person's skills, experience and personality with your expectations and preferences.

The registration fee of $175.00 needed to begin the search for a childcare provider. This also includes a Skype or in-person consultation with your family, if you choose to have one. This fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from the final referral fee after your family has hired a candidate.

The registration fee is due when you fill out the form and a staff member will call you once we receive your application. We look forward to working with you and guiding you through the hiring process.

CARE COST
Long-Term Placement Service
Annual candidate salaries are determined by how many hours the nanny works and how much the nanny makes gross hourly. This is based on a 52-week contract, as we ask for a one-year commitment. tiny treasures NYC childcare providers make anywhere from $15 - $25 or more per hour based on experience. We require a minimum of 20 hours a week for all long-term placements.

The fee is payable upon the nanny accepting the position offered.
Short-term/Babysitter Service
Babysitters for hotel stays, events or date night!!
Is it date night or do you have an office party to attend? Need a sitter in a pinch? Our occasional sitters are paid $20+ an hr directly by you with a minimum commitment of 4 hours per day.

If you need someone to help with your children for anywhere between one day and three weeks, our babysitter booking fees are: $35/day up to two children. $40/day for more than two children, hotel or event sitters.
​
We understand that things happen at the last minute, but we require our families to give us a minimum of 12 hours for sitter requests.

Payroll And Tax Information
Hiring a nanny or other household staff means you are legally required to pay employment taxes and follow federal and state labor laws. In order to assist you with payroll, tax, and insurance, we refer our families to Homepay a comprehensive, one-stop-shop for all your household payroll needs.
They will get you set up as a domestic employer, and take care of paying your nanny, babysitter and other household employee tax filings, workers’ compensation insurance, and compliance with all tax and labor laws.
