No, but seriously, as a candidate, you NEVER pay a fee when being placed. But to be considered as a candidate for referral, individuals must at least have:

Must have and submit a professional resume

At least three years of recent verifiable professional childcare experience (prior daycare, nanny, teaching, etc.)

Two or more letters of recommendation from previous employers
​

At least 3 years of Household Staffing experience. Butler, Estate Manager, Personal Chef ect..

Be CPR/First Aid certified
​

Be at least 21 years of age

Have a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent. Some college and College Degree a plus. Career related formal training is required for Household staffs like Chefs, Governess, Estate managers ect...

Be able to speak, read and write English fluently unless otherwise specified in a job description

Be a non-smoker

If driving is required for position. You must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and a good driving record

Have a valid Social Security Card

Be able to legally accept employment in the U.S. with proof. Sorry but we are not able to obtain visa for candidates.

After that a quick phone interview, we will schedule you to meet face-to-face with a placement specialist to discuss your childcare/household staffing experience, qualifications, work history, job preferences and availability. All references will be checked and a background check will be conducted.
