The referral fee covers the cost of screening your candidates and the time needed to carefully match the person's skills, experience, and personality with your expectations and preferences. East to West Coast.
Costs and Fees
Nannies
Nanny Rate: $30- $45+ per hour.
Engagement Fee:
TTNA Launch fee of $200 is needed to begin the search for a child-care provider in your city.
Launch Fee:
$200 for a Nanny Search
$300 for an NCS/Private Educator & All Household staffing search
$1000 if we are working with a household staff, management company, or 3rd-party consultant.

TTNA PLACEMENT FEES
Package 1: Golden Family Connect
Placement Fee: Due when a candidate is made an offer. Equal to the amount of 6 weeks of the candidate’s hourly compensation at the maximum gross hourly rate. (Min 6k)
Pre-Hire Service Fee: When a candidate accepts an offer, a $ 1,000 pre-hire service fee is due (the pre-hire service fee is credited to the final placement fee).
Replacement Guarantee:
-Replacement up to 45 days: Complimentary one-time search
-Replacement between 45-60 days: A new Placement Fee of 50% of the full fee based on the new candidate’s salary, a $200 Launch Fee due at the start of the replacement search
-Replacement after 60 days: Launch Fee + Full Placement Fee

Placement Fee: Due when a candidate is made an offer. Equal to the amount of 8 weeks of the candidate’s hourly compensation at the maximum gross hourly rate.
Pre-Hire Service Fee: When a candidate accepts an offer, a $ 1,000 pre-hire service fee is due (the pre-hire service fee is credited to the final placement fee).

-Replacement up to 90 days: Complimentary one-time search
-Replacement between 91-180 days: A new Placement Fee of 50% of the full fee based on the new candidate’s salary, no new launch Fee
-Replacement after 180 days, up to 210 days: A new Placement Fee of 75% of the full fee based on the new candidate’s salary, no launch Fee
-Replacement after 210 days: Launch Fee + Full Placement Fee

-Replacement up to 180 days: Complimentary 1 time search
-Replacement between 181-210 days: A new Placement Fee of 50% of the full fee based on the new candidate’s salary, no Launch Fee
-Replacement after 210 days, up to 3645 days: A new Placement Fee of 75% of the full fee based on the new candidate’s salary, no Launch Fee
-Replacement after 365 days: Full Placement Fee, new Launch Fee
Private Educators
Private Educator Rate: $35 - $75+ per hour.
Engagement/Launch Fee:
TTNA Launch fee of $300 is needed to begin the search for a child-care provider in your city.
The launch fee is $1000 if we are working with a household staff, management company, or 3rd-party consultant.

Newborn Care Specialist
Tiny Treasures Nanny Agency's newborn care specialist can provide daytime, nighttime and overnight care.
Cost & Registration Fee:
Rate: $35-$60 an hour depending upon the assignment and the needs of the family, as well as the care provider's experience level.
Agency Fee:
The engagement fee is $300
Placement Fee:
20% of total gross compensation
